Facilitator

As the founder of The Aurit Center for Divorce Mediation, a therapist, and a professor, I have spent my career helping individuals, couples, families, and professionals navigate life's most emotionally challenging conversations with greater clarity, compassion, and connection.

Discovering Speaking Circles and the practice of Relational Presence has profoundly deepened my work. These practices have reinforced my belief that true communication begins not with having the perfect words, but with being fully present—with ourselves and with one another. Whether I am working with couples in conflict, professionals developing their leadership presence, students, or families learning to communicate more effectively, I have witnessed the transformative power of authentic presence, deep listening, and genuine human connection.

As a Speaking Circles Facilitator, I am honored to create spaces where people can let go of performance, fear, and self-consciousness, and instead experience the freedom of speaking from a place of authenticity. My hope is that each person leaves feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in expressing their truth, and more able to build meaningful relationships in every area of life.

I believe that when we learn to be truly present with one another, we don't simply become better speakers—we become better partners, parents, leaders, colleagues, and human beings.
